Terms and Conditions

All orders require a 50% deposit (non refundable). Full payment is required prior to pick up of order. No returns or exchange on items unless faulty. No claim for a faulty item will be accepted if the garment is not in its original state.

Garments are made from luxurious and delicate fabrics and need to be handled with care. All jewellery must be removed when handling garments. Must be professionally cleaned and care label instructions be followed.

Silk will lose one to two shades of it's intensity overtime. Silk may vary one to two shades either way from swatches and may grow over time.

Garment is produced to sizing stipulated at the time of purchase.

12-14 week timeframe is required on all orders. Orders which require a time frame of less than 12 weeks, an additional fee may be charged.
